Michael Jackson will always be an Angel to me. It matters not what people whose livelihood depends solely on castrating his image, nor those who make jolly of turning him into a monster or someone to poke nasty fun at. His life is a shining example of what God meant when he said blessed are the peacemakers, and in His prayer for us, forgive those who trespass against you. He never changed his heart and remained ever vigilante to tasks set out before him, even when to do so by design would cause him much suffering, shame, and pain. I never turned my back on Michael. But for a little too long, I closed my eyes. I feel the whole world did. And during those times, he was left vulnerable to all the vultures and pay masters who would pounce on and surround him, making him a victim to their ungodly games. But God sees all and He never closed his eyes. He removed Michael and took him back to a place of safe harbor out of harm’s way. God is good.
As we enter into the final days remaining before the 3rd commemorative of the untimely earth death of our Angel, I pause to honor and remember him. How I miss his earthly presence, but how glad must the angels in heaven be that he is back at home where he belongs. Can’t you hear them singing…
When God made Michael Jackson he broke the mold. We had him. We lost him. But the gifts he left for us will live forever. The music. The dance. The artistry. The compassion. The love. They are all here to hep us continue the dream that he danced like no other. His love is everlasting. He is blessed as he is the epitome of the pure in heart.
Loving him always. He still rocks my world and has rendered my heart forever speechless.
